Daniel pressed play.
At first, the video showed nothing unusual.
Sophie had been filming the flowers, the table settings, and the chandelier.
Then the camera turned toward Daniels chair.
Victoria appeared in the background.
She looked around the room.
Then she picked up Daniels coffee cup.
She carried it away.
Seconds later, she returned with another cup and placed it in exactly the same spot.
Daniel paused the video.
Victoria crossed her arms.
That proves nothing.
Daniel looked at her.
Why did you switch my cup?
She answered.
The first one was cold.
Sophie shook her head.
No.
Daniel continued playing.
Victoria leaned close to Sophie.
The audio was faint but understandable.
Dont tell your father.
Daniel stopped the video again.
His expression changed completely.
Victoria looked pale.
Daniel asked quietly.
Why would you tell my daughter to keep a cup of coffee secret?
Victoria said nothing.
Daniel looked back toward the dining room.
Then he noticed something else.
The coffee had not spilled because of Sophie.
Victoria had knocked the cup over herself when Daniel started asking questions.
