Daniel opened the home security system on the large television.
Everyone stood silently behind him.
The footage showed the upstairs landing.
Emma appeared first.
She parked the stroller safely near the wall.
Then she locked the wheels and walked away.
Daniel looked toward Emma.
She had been telling the truth.
The recording continued.
A few moments later, Eleanor appeared.
She looked around the hallway.
Then she moved toward the stroller.
Sophie stood near the doorway watching the screen.
Daniel leaned closer.
Eleanor reached down toward the wheels.
Seconds later, she walked away.
Then the stroller began moving.
Daniel immediately paused the video.
He slowly turned toward his mother.
Why did you touch the brake?
Eleanor looked pale.
It wasnt supposed to move.
Daniel stared at her.
